Growing up in Kilmichael, MS, he acquired his passion for adding value to people's lives. He's the author of Relational Intelligence and founder of the Daniels Den Mentoring & Coaching Program. Dharius is also the Lead Pastor of Change Church and has been an adjunct professor at Princeton. Dharius enjoys downtime playing golf and weight training. He's married to his college sweetheart, Shameka, and they are the proud parents of two sons, Seth and Gabriel.
